MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT
Memberships at IRON PLAINS FITNESS does not include contracts. However the following regulations apply to all members upon sign up with IRON PLAINS FITNESS.
MEMBERSHIP PAYMENTS
IRON PLAINS FITNESS membership payments will be drafted by debit or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover or Amex).
RATE CHANGES
IRON PLAINS FITNESS LLC may adjust the monthly rate applicable to my category of membership. I understand that I will receive at least a four-week notice prior to any such change.
SEMI- & ANNUAL MEMBERSHIPS
Fees are paid in full upon joining/renewal via debit or credit card. Semi- and annual memberships are subject to discounts and are non-refundable.
JOINERS FEE
IRON PLAINS FITNESS does not have a joiners fee.
CANCELLATION
This is a continuous membership plan. It is my understanding that if I wish to terminate or change my membership in any way, I must give the LAKEFIT LLC 30 DAYS FORMAL NOTICE via email to IPFITNESSLLC@GMAIL.COM or text to 701-500-0673.
